Parker

Parker

Parker- R&B soul singer is a California native whose influence includes Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, and Sam Cook. Parker’s musical sound is mystical, joyous, and positive. Parker’s debut album, This World’s Gone Mad, lyrically reflects a sophisticated soulful journey addressing romance, social, and spiritual issues. The single and title track This World’s Gone Mad expresses a world of uncertainty, while other tracks like Things Can Get Better leave you with a sense of optimism and hope. Parker’s versatility comes from the belief that song writing is a gift from God, and the messenger (song writer) should be open to receive whatever is channeled. Therefore, Parker refuses to be confined to any one style or sound. Parker’s maturation can be greatly attributed to Greg Moore aka “Gmoe” who mentored Parker for years. Gmoe has played with all the greats: Marvin, Stevie, Michael Jackson, and currently plays his funky guitar for Earth Wind and Fire. Being around the likes of such geniuses has rubbed off, and Gmoe has shared what he has learned generously with Parker. The duo writing team is sure to catch the attention of many fans.
